Schedule Day 5
Game lab ends at 12.30pm today!
8:00 am Prepare for kids
8:30 am Guided Game Play (Sims for PC, My Sims, Sims Castaway, Barbie for PC, Wii Mii [4 at a time taking terms])
9:30 am Assign groups for game design activity.
Brainstorm and pick one game for the group to design.
Design:
Game cover
--description of game (what is the objective? what's the point? what's the game play like? what sort of graphics does it have?)
--rating
--number of players
--console
Controller
--description of controller [what does it look like? how will it get people to exercise? what part of the body will it exercise?
10:15 am Snack/Discussion on 10 most important parts of a game
10:45 am Video Closet/Blog/Guided Game Play
11:30 am Lunch
11:50am Clean up
12:30 pm Dismissal
